Do I need to provide a reason for terminating my Crypto Account?

No. You may terminate your Crypto Contract without providing a reason.

Is there a notice period for terminating my Crypto Account?

Yes. In accordance with the applicable terms, you are required to provide five (5) days' prior written notice of your intention to terminate the Crypto Contract.

How can I provide written notice?

You can contact us via email, or the Support Hub to submit your termination request.

When will my Crypto Contract be terminated?

Your Crypto Contract will be terminated following the required five (5) day notice period, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Can the Company terminate my Crypto Contract?

Yes. Under Clause 20.5 of the Client Agreement, either party may terminate the Crypto Contract without providing a reason by giving the other party five (5) days' prior Written Notice.

개인 정보 영역(PA)의 Exness 암호화폐 지갑은 다른 외부 암호화폐 지갑과 유사하며, Exness 내에서 비트코인, 테더(USDT TRC20/ERC20), USD Coin(USDC ERC20) 등 암호화폐로 안전하게 거래하기 위해 반드시 필요합니다.

외부 지갑은 성명, 생년월일, 연락처 정보, 지갑 주소, 거래 내역과 같은 상세 정보를 포함하여 외부 지갑의 소유권을 확인하는 추가적인 결제 계좌 인증 작업을 거쳐야 합니다. 인증하려면 Transaction History(거래 내역)에서 결제 지원 요청을 제출해야 합니다.
